Morning Smash Causes Major Delays
Two lanes of the M27 at Junction 9, Segensworth, were shut this morning after a collision involving a yellow Mercedes Sprinter van and a purple Citroen. The crash happened around 8am on the westbound carriageway.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Fire crews from Station 1 were called out but thankfully weren’t needed. An ambulance and a rapid response paramedic from South Central also attended the scene.
Minor Injuries and Traffic Hell
There’s visible damage to a crash barrier, though it’s unclear if either vehicle hit it. No serious injuries are reported.
