A fatal smash on North Dane Way, Chatham, has claimed the life of a motorcyclist. At 6.05pm on Wednesday 21 July 2021, a grey Nissan X-Trail collided head-on with an orange KTM 390 Duke bike at the busy Lordswood Lane junction.
Motorcyclist Dies Instantly
The 36-year-old rider was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Police have already notified his next of kin.

Kent’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is scrambling to piece together what happened. Officers are calling on anyone who saw the vehicles just before the crash to step forward.
