Man dies at Lindum Road property
Police have opened a murder investigation after a man was found dead at a home in West Sussex. Emergency services rushed to Lindum Road at around 4pm on Wednesday, September 3, following reports of a man injured seriously. Despite paramedics’ best efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sussex Police launch murder inquiry
Detective Chief Inspector Chris Friday of Sussex Police said:
“Residents can expect to see an increased police presence in the area while we investigate what we believe to be an isolated incident. This is currently being treated as a murder investigation, and no arrests have been made at this time.”
Specialist officers are supporting the victim’s family as the investigation continues.

Local residents have reported a strong police presence around Lindum Road. Officers are conducting door-to-door enquiries, while forensic teams have been seen entering the property linked to the case.
