Rush Hour Motorway Delays in Hampshire after Lorry Breaks Down
Drivers are facing rush-hour delays after a lorry broke down on a the motorway. Traffic is building on the M27 westbound after the incident at junction four, near Eastleigh Airport, which left one lane of the carriageway closed due to a broken down lorry. The Highways Agency has closed off one of the lanes to aid the recovery of the vehicle . Tailbacks are being reported as far east as junction nine at Whiteley, with particularly bad problems between Hedge End and Bursledon. Further delays are now being caused By #M27 eastbound – Accident between J8 and J9, lane 1 blocked and delays building.
