Woman Arrested After Child Rushed To Hospital

Police have confirmed this afternoon that a 24-year-old woman has been arrested  and is being question by detectives over  child neglect after her child fell from a window and was rushed to hospital. A rapid response ambulance and paramedics were called to Renown House in Gosport just after 8:30 this morning a shocked neighbours said paramedics took the young child away in the ambulance and police have been in and out of the block all morning .  One neighbour  who asked not  to be  named  said the woman was so drunk she was asleep when the incident happen. A neighbour saw the  child  fall from the  first floor  window and ran down stair to pick up the  child.  They  where covered in blood.
