HillHead Coastguard Search and Rescue are urgently seeking info after kayaker’s kit surfaced near Gosport. Equipment including a glove, trainer, man-overboard strobe, and torches washed up along the shoreline between Gosport and Cowes overnight.
Kayakers Out Fishing Prompt Caution
A number of kayakers were reported fishing in the area last night. While no one is officially missing, HillHead Coastguard Rescue Team, Gosport Independent Lifeboat, and a Coastguard helicopter have launched a precautionary search.
