Two arrested for attempted Murder in Southampton

Were you in or near Wide Lane, Southampton on Thursday night between 9.45pm and 10pm? Did you see a silver Vauxhall Astra in the Southampton and Eastleigh areas that evening? Did you witness a collision near the old Ford garage? Police are investigating after a silver Vauxhall Astra collided with a stationary car and a telegraph pole, seriously injuring a passenger who remains in hospital with life-changing injuries. Two men have been arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of attempted murder. Anyone with information is asked to contact Hampshire Police on 101
