A man is being held in police custody following the reported rape of a 21-year-old woman in London Road at at approximately 1am on Sunday morning. The incident in Hilsea led to two arrests of a 36-year-old man from Hilsea and a 36-year-old man from Horndean. Police have released the man from Hilsea pending further inquiries, whilst the man from Horndean remains in police custody. Anyone with any information is asked to police on 101
