Police Appeal after Man’s Head Caved in with a shovel at M25 Cobham Services

Police investigating a serious assault at Cobham Services yesterday afternoon are trying to trace a white van that was seen nearby at the time. https:///youtu.be/Dw91z3vOzUc         The van is a white Peugeot Partner Van, registration NX63 VLP, with a roof rack and ladder strapped to the roof. Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Jo Hayes said: “We are appealing to the public to help us trace this van. I want to know the route it took to get to the services, where it went once it left Cobham services, and where it is now. I also want to know who was in the van, and where they are now. https:///youtu.be/jMZrXJ1C1i0     “We also believe that there are witnesses who have yet to make contact with us, and I would urge them to come forward by calling us on 101. In particular I understand there may have been people filming the incident on mobile phones or dashcams, and their footage could be invaluable to our investigation.” [photoshelter-gallery g_id=”G0000Sq73psY3gpg” g_name=”Cobham-Services” width=”100%” f_fullscreen=”t” bgtrans=”t” pho_credit=”iptc” twoup=”f” f_bbar=”t” f_bbarbig=”f” fsvis=”f” f_show_caption=”t” crop=”f” f_enable_embed_btn=”t” f_htmllinks=”t” f_l=”t” f_send_to_friend_btn=”f” f_show_slidenum=”t” f_topbar=”f” f_show_watermark=”t” img_title=”casc” linkdest=”c” trans=”xfade” target=”_self” tbs=”5000″ f_link=”t” f_smooth=”f” f_mtrx=”t” f_ap=”t” f_up=”f” height=”400″ btype=”old” bcolor=”#CCCCCC” ] Officers were called to the petrol station forecourt at Cobham Services (between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M25) at around 3.20pm yesterday (26/6) to reports of a fight between two groups of people.
