We deployed fourteen sets of breathing apparatus, two jets, and two hose reels to tackle the flames,” a Hampshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson confirmed. “Our crew stayed on scene dampening down until just before 7am.”

Police are now probing the cause of the blaze as businesses count the cost of the overnight inferno.
