Have you seen this vulnerable missing man from Epsom?
Surrey Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a vulnerable Epsom man who went missing yesterday (Sunday 15 October) afternoon. Peter Scannell, 41, is described as white, of medium build and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in Epsom wearing blue jeans, a green t-shirt, black blazer and black shoes. He also has an Irish accent. Peter doesn’t have access to a phone or medication so his family and officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety.
