Detectives investigating the death of 41-year-old Jason Williams in Basingstoke have today (Tuesday 27 March) charged a second man with murder. Kasey Wayne Rolfe, 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 28 March. The charge comes after the Mr Williams’ body was found in Russell Howard Park in Basingstoke shortly before 1.30am on Tuesday 20 February.
