Four Men Hurt After High-Speed Police Chase Ends in Crash on M3
Four men have been rushed to hospital following a dramatic police chase on the M3 motorway early this morning.
High-Speed Chase Ends in Collision at Junction 5
Just before 5am on Friday 6 April, a vehicle failed to stop for police and smashed into roadworks on the northbound slip road at Junction 5. The crash left four men injured, with one fighting for life in hospital.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Hampshire Fire and Rescue crews teamed up with South Central Ambulance to treat the injured at the scene. A mandatory referral has now been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
Slip Road Shut, Drivers Urged to Avoid Area
The affected slip road remains closed while investigations and clearance work continue. Police are urging motorists to steer clear of the area to avoid delays.
