Police appeal following serious collision in Paddington

Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Paddington. Police were called by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) at approximately 21:13hrs on Saturday, 28 April to reports of a car in collision with a pedestrian on Lisson Grove junction with Marylebone Road, NW1. Officers attended. The pedestrian, a man believed to be aged in his thirties, was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition. The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries. No arrests have been made.
