Oxford Street is Closed in both directions to vehicles and foot traffic between Oxford Circus & Tottenham Court Road due to a police incident. Police closed off the street after officers discovered a dustbin with three thick copper wires protruding from it. On examination Police found it to be an old lamp. The cordon and road closure has now been removed.
