“Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional” Today marks a year since the passing of our much loved Hampshire Constabulary colleague PC Martin Jacobs Martin passed away after being taken ill at home on Wednesday 2 August 2017. Martin was based within the Hampshire Police Federation office as the Misconduct Lead. His untimely death shocked us all and he is much missed. Our thoughts are with Amber and all his family, friends and close colleagues today.
