Police say a local 47-year-old man was arrested after they received a report of a male allegedly seen with a weapon in Gloucester Road in Gravesend in Kent around 8:40am this morning. Armed officers later entered Lancaster Court flats on nearby York Road. Police have yet to confirm if a weapon was recovered
