Coastguard called to Dolphin on the beach

Ventnor coastguard have been called to investigate reports of a dolphin that has washed ashore on the beach at Shepherd’s Chine, Atherfield this afternoon. The UK coastguard mobilsed the coastguard search and rescue team after reports that the mammal was had washed ashore. [su_youtube url=”https://youtu.be/6Hc5Ru8Pwvg” width=”100%” height=”600″] It is unclear how whale had died. This will be the third mammal this year to wash ashore this year. Arrangements are being made with the Isle of Wight council to remove the dead animal.
