Breaching Lifelong Restraining Order Lands Nelson Back in Jail
Less than two months after walking free, Nelson broke the rules. He violated a lifetime restraining order banning him from contacting the woman and entering key Southsea areas, including Palmerston Road and parts of Clarendon Road.
The victim’s friends spotted Nelson lurking and tipped off police. He was swiftly rearrested and now faces fresh charges for breaching the order. Nelson must serve out the rest of his sentence behind bars.
