Tribute has been paid to an 11-year-old boy who died following a collision in Titchfield

Tribute has been paid to an 11-year-old boy who died following a collision in Titchfield. The collision took place at 4.26pm on Monday, 3 June on Southampton Road. Benjamin Mundy, 11, of Hewett Road, Fareham was crossing the road when he was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Mokka and VW Golf. He was taken to hospital but later pronounced dead. Benjamin’s family have provided the following tribute: “Ben will be sorely missed by every one that he came in to contact with. He had such a cheeky and mischievous sense of humour where he would be able to get away with anything with his cheeky smile. He was one of the most caring and loving young lads that you would ever meet. We are so proud of the young man that he was turning into.” Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who was travelling in the area who has a dashcam fitted in their vehicle, to call police on 101 quoting Operation Revi
