Blaze Busted in Gillingham Home
Firefighters donned breathing gear to tackle a fire in a utility room on Wigmore Road, Gillingham. Using a high-pressure hose reel jet, they quickly doused the flames.
Smoke Cleared, Safety Checks Done
After extinguishing the blaze, crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke and fumes from the property. They also carried out a Safe and Well visit for the occupant, fitting two new smoke alarms to boost home safety.
No Injuries, No Suspicion
Thankfully, no injuries were reported. Officials do not believe the fire was started deliberately.
