Maidstone men charged over multiple car key burglaries

  Two men suspected of carrying out multiple car key burglaries in Maidstone have been arrested and charged.   Between 21 November 2019 and 2 December 2019 Kent Police received reports of five break-ins across the town, whereby thieves have entered properties, taken car keys and then stolen vehicles parked outside. During this period vehicles including Audis, a BMW and a Mazda are alleged to have been stolen.   Ryan Hull, aged 26, of Thanet Road, Erith and William Burton, aged 27, of Muir Drive, Dartford were arrested on 2 December. Both were later charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on 4 December. The next hearing is scheduled for 3 January 2020.
