Signatures without the Contact
For parcels needing a signature, couriers will sign on your behalf to avoid close contact. They’ll only do this once you open the door and confirm your identity, keeping a safe distance at all times.
Multiple Delivery Attempts and Ongoing Updates
If no safe place is available, don’t worry – couriers will try up to three times to deliver your parcel. The company thanks customers for their patience and promises to keep updates coming on their website.
