Police Hunt Two Men Over Murder of Biker in Harwich
Detectives are on the lookout for Keith McCarthy, 40, and Anthony Galvin, 19, following the shocking murder of 29-year-old Kerrin Repman in Harwich.
Biker Killed in Hit-and-Run
Kerrin Repman was deliberately struck by a dark BMW while riding his motorbike on Marine Parade on the afternoon of Wednesday, 15 April. The BMW driver and a passenger fled the scene on foot.
Despite heroic efforts by officers and paramedics, Kerrin tragically died at the scene. A woman in her 70s, also seriously injured, remains in hospital in stable condition.
Police Appeal for Information
Detective Chief Inspector Scott Egerton urges Keith McCarthy and Anthony Galvin to come forward. “I would strongly urge Keith and Anthony to contact police to assist us with our enquiries,” he said.
“Anybody assisting these men risks prosecution for aiding an offender.”

Who Are They?
- Keith McCarthy and Anthony Galvin both stand around 5ft 5in tall.
- They are believed to have links to Harwich, Hertfordshire, London, and Ireland.
Police warn that anyone sheltering or helping these men will face a thorough investigation and possible prosecution.
