Hackney Drugs Raid Nets Seven Charged
Seven people were charged following a dawn drug raid in Hackney on Wednesday, 22 April.
Teen and Young Adults Facing Serious Drug Charges
- A 16-year-old boy faces conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin, plus possession of heroin.
- Tyek Campbell, 21, charged with supply and conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
- James Kessie, 26, charged with involvement in supplying Class B drugs.
- Charlie Wheeler, 18, charged with conspiracy to supply crack and heroin, plus cannabis possession.
- Deron Leiba, 20, charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
- Sebastian McKenzie-Doyle, 19, charged with supply involvement in crack and heroin, and possession of cannabis.
- Kahirah Marshall-McDavid, 20, charged with being involved in supply of crack and heroin.
Remanded and in Court
All seven suspects were remanded and appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 23 April.
Two More Arrests Pending
Police also arrested a 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman during the same operation. Both remain in custody.
