At around 5.30pm on 28 July 2020 the victim reported that he had been approached in Woodlands Park, Dashwood Road by an unknown man and his electric scooter had been stolen as a result.
Officers have been conducting enquiries since the incident, including reviewing CCTV footage from the surrounding areas and are now in a position to release an image of a man they believe may help them with their enquiries.
