Five Bikes Go Up in Flames
Five separate arson attacks destroyed bikes in the Warrior Square area between 2am and 3am on Monday, 19 October. East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service swiftly put out the fires, but all bikes were lost to the flames.
Man Arrested and Released on Bail
Following quick police action, a 26-year-old man from Bexhill was arrested nearby on suspicion of arson. He has since been released on conditional bail until 15 November as investigations continue.
Police Call for Help
