Ealing Drug Dealer Dodges Jail After Crack and Heroin Bust
Dillon Goulon, 20, from Warwick Road, Ealing, has avoided immediate prison after being caught with a stash of class A drugs. On October 30, 2020, Isleworth Crown Court handed him a 28-month sentence – but it’s suspended for 24 months.
Caught Red-Handed in Walpole Park
On the evening of August 9, 2020, officers from the West Area Violence Suppression unit were patrolling Walpole Park, Ealing. Just before 10pm, they spotted Goulon and saw him throw a suspicious package to the ground. The package contained a haul of class A drugs.
After searching him under the Misuse of Drugs Act, officers arrested Goulon. They found 40 wraps of crack cocaine and 25 wraps of heroin on him. He was taken to a West London police station where an investigation, supported by the West Areas drug focus desk, was launched.
Breaking a Court Order and Piling on the Charges
Police uncovered damning evidence on Goulon’s mobile phone showing he’d been in contact with a man he was banned from associating with under a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). Charged the very next day, Goulon faced two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and one count of breaching his CBO.
Remanded in custody, Goulon pleaded guilty once he appeared at Isleworth Crown Court. Despite the seriousness, the judge suspended his jail sentence for two years, giving him a chance to keep out of trouble.
