Officers entered the address in Weald View Road at around 6.25am on Saturday 21 November 2020.
They seized 123 cannabis plants growing in a number of the rooms and arrested a man.
Xhemali Rexhmati, aged 26, of Weald View Road, Tonbridge was later charged with producing cannabis plants.
Mr Rexhmati was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 23 November.
