Missing Man Theodore Vanishes from Birkenhead at Dawn
Theodore, a 5ft 11in slim black African male, went missing from Beckwith Street, Birkenhead, at 5am on Friday, 4th December. He has short shaven black hair, brown eyes, and speaks with a Liverpool/African accent. Originally from Botswana, Theodore is known to visit Liverpool City Centre regularly.
