Two Teens Arrested Over Murder

Just a day later, cops detained two 16-year-old boys on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody at a north London police station. Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command are leading the investigation and urge witnesses to come forward.

Family Plea and Police Appeal

“Anas was never, never about this knife crime stupidity,” said his brother. “He always kept himself humble, he was always kind and always put others first.”

Detective Chief Inspector Jane Topping expressed her sympathies. “Anas was known to be kind and thoughtful, enrolled in college with a bright future. This is a tragic and senseless loss of life.”

She urged anyone with information to contact the Major Incident Room on 020 8358 0100 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
