The incident happened just after 10am on Friday. Unfortunately, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson said “Police attended Madeira Drive in Brighton just after 10am following reports of an unresponsive woman inside a car.
“The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and next of kin have been informed.”
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
