Child Injured in North Street Pedestrian Crash

Kent Police rushed to North Street at 5.45pm on Friday, 28 May 2021 after a child was hit by a car.

Quick Response from Emergency Services

Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service arrived at the junction with Somerset Road. The youngster was taken to a local hospital but has since been discharged.

Driver Stops and Speaks to Police

The driver involved stayed at the scene and cooperated fully with officers.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Footage
