Violent Brawl Erupts at Staines Cinema VIP Area
Police were scrambled to the Vue Cinema in Staines-upon-Thames just before 7pm on Monday (19 July) after a nasty assault broke out. Trouble began when a group of men were told to leave the VIP section because they hadn’t paid for those seats.
Attack on Good Samaritan and Staff
The men got aggressive with staff, turning the situation violent. A brave cinema-goer tried to help but was punched in the face and then repeatedly kicked while on the floor. Staff weren’t spared either—one member was also punched during the fracas.
Suspects Fled Before Police Arrived
The four suspects bolted before officers arrived on the scene. All are described as Asian men of various ages.
Police Seek Public Help: CCTV Released
- One suspect: white vest top, white t-shirt draped over shoulders, grey jogger shorts, white trainers, black bag.
- Two suspects: white t-shirts, dark shorts, dark trainers.
- Final suspect: larger build, grey and blue Nike T-shirt, dark shorts, white socks with sliders, sunglasses on head.
