Police were called at 5.33pm on Monday, 20 December to reports of a man believed to be in possession of a firearm on Vincent Square, N22.
Officers, including firearms officers, attended and stopped a group of males.
A machete was recovered nearby.
All three were arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. They have been taken to a north London police station where they remain in custody.
