Tragic Scene on Yiewsley High Street

Officers and paramedics were called to Yiewsley High Street just after midnight on Tuesday, 4 January, following reports of a man with stab wounds. The victim, 46-year-old local Polish man Dariusz Wolosz, was found seriously injured. Despite frantic efforts, he was pronounced dead at 12:43am.

The post-mortem revealed Dariusz died from stab wounds to his groin and chest.

Investigation Targeting Group Attack and Eyewitness Footage

Detective Chief Inspector Wayne Jolley, leading the investigation, revealed Dariusz was attacked after a verbal dispute by a group of males on Tavistock Road. The suspects scattered immediately after the assault.

“The area was busy with traffic at the time. Drivers may have captured dash cam or doorbell footage of the attack or what happened before it,” said DCI Jolley. “We’re urging locals to check their cameras and come forward if they have any information.” He added, “Dariusz’s family are distraught — we’re doing all we can to support them.”
