Kent Police rushed to King Street after a man was brutally attacked between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, 12 February 2022.
Victim Taken to Hospital with Head Injury
The victim, a man in his 30s, suffered a serious head injury and was quickly taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Teen Charged with GBH and Remanded
James Beaumont, 19, of Lancaster Road, Canterbury, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on 14 February and was remanded in custody. His case will return to Canterbury Crown Court on 14 March.
