Kent Fire and Rescue Service is currently at the scene of a fire in an industrial unit on Revenge Road in Chatham

Eight fire engines and a height vehicle have been sent to the scene, and crews are using main jets and hose reel jets to tackle the blaze. Firefighters advise anyone living or working nearby to keep windows and doors closed as a precaution due to smoke, and are asking people to avoid the area where possible while crews deal with the incident.
