Police called to Dartford Bridge following concerns for a distressed woman

Officers from Essex Police are currently on the scene of an incident on the #Dartford River Crossing.

Police were called to concerns for the welfare of a woman shortly after 10am this morning.

The crossing has been closed whist the incident is being dealt with. Drivers are being g asked to avoid the area and seek an alternative  route.
