Triple Stabbing Shocker Rocks Norwich in Dead of Night
Chaos erupted in Norwich in the early hours of Thursday, June 2, as police rushed to scenes across the city following a shocking stabbing spree.
Three Men Injured in Linked Attacks
Officers were first called to a house on Howard Terrace just past 1 a.m. They found a man in his 20s with stab wounds to his hands. The victim was rushed to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for urgent treatment. He remains under police guard in hospital.
Less than half an hour later, paramedics received a call from Drayton Road reporting a man in his 40s with a stab wound to the stomach. He was also taken to the same hospital and is now in custody in connection with the attacks.
Shortly before 1.45 a.m., police arrived at a property on Pelham Road where a 30-year-old man was found with a minor leg wound. After treatment at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, he was released but immediately detained and moved to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre. He remains in custody.
Woman Also Held as Investigation Continues
During the Pelham Road response, a woman in her 40s was arrested at the scene and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. She is still being held.
Scene Locked Down as Police Probe Links
Howard Terrace, Drayton Road, and Pelham Road remain cordoned off by police amid ongoing inquiries.
Officers believe all incidents are connected, with everyone involved known to one another. The investigation is in its early stages.
