The victim, who is in her 60s, told Kent Police that on Tuesday 7 June 2022, while walking in Russett Way, a man she didn’t know approached her on a bicycle and hit her on the arm before laughing and riding away.
He is also accused of hitting her on the back in a separate incident in Walnut Way on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, after previously threatening her.
