£20m Cocaine Haul Seized in Dartford Drug Sting
Three Arrested as Police Nab £20 Million Worth of Coke
Three Albanian men have been nabbed after a massive £20 million cocaine shipment was seized in Dartford, Kent. Officers intercepted a lorry carrying 250kg of pure Class A cocaine in a major crackdown on organised crime.
Specialist Taskforce Scores Big
The London Organised Crime Partnership (OCP), teaming up National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police officers, led the sting. The trio, all in their 30s, are now in police custody, facing charges related to drug supply.
“This is a significant seizure of cocaine and without my officers’ efforts to seize it, it would have been on the streets of our communities feeding addiction and leading to other serious offences,” said Andy Tickner from OCP.
