Drugs Bust: 14 Charged in Devon & Cornwall Police Sting

Police swooped in North West and South East England on Wednesday 12 October, arresting 14 suspects linked to serious drug offences. The ruthless crackdown was led by the Serious and Organised Crime Branch of Devon & Cornwall Police and is ongoing.

Four Held in Custody for Exeter Crown Court

  • Benjamin Burns, 23, Homer Road, Prescot
  • Georgie Keating, 23, Cromford Road, Liverpool
  • Jamie Marshall, 21, Burham Close, Penge, London
  • Jake Myers, 22, Preston Park, Brighton

These four face charges and have been remanded in custody. They are due to appear before Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 17 November.

Ten Granted Bail – Court Date Set

  • Christy Keating, 23, Mckeagney Gardens, Cheshire
  • Dannielle Marshall, 26, Wichling Close, Oprington
  • Taylor Burns, 30, Berkely Crescent, Lancashire
  • Christopher Mallen, 64, Nyland Road, Knowsly
  • Kevin Mallen, 40, Lincombe Road, Liverpool
  • Maggie Burns, 20, Homer Road, Prescot
  • Dominic McLoughlin, 43, Chorley Road, Liverpool
  • James Casey, 43, River Bank Walk, Colchester

These suspects have been released on conditional bail. They must appear at Exeter Crown Court on 17 November.

Two More Locked Up for Exeter Magistrates’ Court

  • Thomas Keating, 42, New North Road, Exeter
  • Joseph Duffy, 28, Harebel Close, Cheshire

Both remain in custody ahead of their hearing on Wednesday 9 November.

Additional Arrest and Bail Update

A 44-year-old Liverpool man was also arrested on suspicion of drug offences. He’s been released on police bail until Tuesday 8 November as investigations continue.
