At around 4.45pm on Tuesday 25th October 2022, a silver Toyota RAV4 was travelling on Green Street Green Road from Darenth towards Longfield, when it left the carriageway and collided with a fence. Officers attended the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service. The driver, a man in his 80s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is carrying out enquiries and officers are appealing to anyone who saw what happened, or has relevant dashcam footage, to come forward.
