Dartford Crossing payment shake-up starts Friday! New service boss Conduent is taking charge of vehicle IDs, payments, and account management. If you use a Dart Charge account or Pay as You Go, you MUST re-validate your payment card by July 28, 2023 – or risk a nasty Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

National Highways admits the update might be a hassle but says they’ve done their homework. “Customer research went into redesigning the system to make it easier and more user-friendly,” they claim.
While Emovis still handles enquiries and PCNs during the switch, fingers crossed the transition is smooth.
