At the time of Publishing (2am) Residents in Sutton Drove, Seaford, have reported Six cars have lost control over night and crashed in to parked vehicles.
A number of drivers who have lost control due to the ice have not stopped and driven off.
A Brighton and Hove number 12 Bus also got stranded and did not attempt the hill in fear of loosing control.
One local resident said on Social Media “It’s treacherous out there .. I just picked my daughter up from work… put my foot on the brake & just carried on going .. luckily I didn’t hit anything .. don’t drive unless you have to .. it’s so dangerous ”
