A van was involved in the crash which happened yesterday at around 5pm on the N25 at Killinick.
The man, a pedestrian, was taken to Wexford General Hospital where he died from his injuries.
The driver of the van was not injured in the incident.
An appeal for witnesses has been issued and any road users who were travelling in the area at the time and may have camera footage are asked to make it available to gardaí.
