Multi-vehicle Crash on A251 Leaves 70-Year-Old Biker Seriously Injured
Serious Collision on Faversham’s Ashford Road
At around 2.22pm on Thursday 2 June 2022, chaos struck on the A251 Ashford Road in Faversham. A brightly coloured BMW motorbike smashed into a silver BMW X3 coming the other way. The chaos didn’t end there – the bike then collided with a black Citroen Berlingo van further down the road.
Elderly Biker Hospitalised
The rider, a man in his 70s, was rushed to a London hospital with serious injuries. He remains in critical condition as investigations continue.
Police Launch Appeal for Witnesses
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are hunting for witnesses. They’re especially keen to get dash cam footage to piece together exactly what happened.
