Police received a report of concern for a man at an address on Dilston Road. Emergency services attended and found a man with injuries consistent with being caused by a bladed article.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the 49yo man died at the scene. Police have informed his next of kin and they’re being supported by specialist officers. An investigation has been launched a 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at this time.
