A man was assaulted by two men in the city’s High Street, between the junctions with Best Lane and St Margaret’s Street, at around 8.30pm on Wednesday 11 January 2023. The men demanded money as well.
The victim sustained minor facial injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and officers have released a CCTV image of two men who may be able to help with the investigation.
